Fresh from winning the 'Best Sailboat Exhibit' in Newport 2 weeks ago, the thoroughly-admired Najad 570 sailed from Newport to Annapolis in record-breaking time!
The US Najad East Coast Roadshow continued with the second stage over the weekend of the 7th - 11th of October at the US boatshow in Annapolis.
Fresh from winning the 'Best Sailboat Exhibit' in Newport 2 weeks ago, the thoroughly-admired Najad 570 sailed from Newport to Annapolis in recordbreaking time!
The excellent N570 averaged 10 kts, and clocked 13 and 14 kts at times in breezy reaching conditions (see the video below).
The spinnaker was set from the mouth of the C&D canal, all the way down Chesapeake to Annapolis.
